There are currently no presentation materials available on the Producer Portal.

Enrollment Methods
You can enroll an individual into an Agentra plan online, using the URL that was given to you after you became contracted. This is a personalized sales portal, and allows you to enroll potential members.
  1. To enroll, go to your personalized webpage.
  2. Then click on “View Plans.”
  3. From here, you can choose which plan you wish to enroll a client in.
  4. Once you choose “Enroll,” you can continue to the checkout.
  5. When you checkout, you will need to enter in the client’s personal information as well as their banking information.
  6. Then they will need to complete their signature.
  7. Once this information is filled out and they have signed their name, click on “submit order.”
Scope of Appointment (SOA)
Agentra does not require you to complete a Scope of Appointment form when meeting with potential clients.
Commissions
  1. To view your commissions, log into the Producer Portal at the following URL: http://www.1enrollment.com/manage.
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the “Comm” button in the right hand corner.
  3. Now you can choose to view commissions based on the time period in which the enrollment application was submitted.
Client Tracking
  1. You will need to log in to the following URL (with the login information given to you after you have been contracted) in order to track business: http://www.1enrollment.com/manage.
  2. Once you have logged in, click on “View members” in order to view the enrollment applications you have submitted.
  3. Here you can see who you enrolled, when you enrolled them, and the effective date for their specific plan that they have been enrolled in.
