For Humana MA and PDP Products, you will need to complete the AHIP and Humana Certifications.

    1. Per certifications, the fifth and last course provides you with information on how to order materials.
    2. At the end of this course, you will be able to complete your first material order.
    3. In addition, once you complete certifications and are ready to sell, Humana will automatically send you 10 starter kits for the best plan in your area.

    2. Once you log in to the Portal, under “Education” click on “Humana MarketPoint University.”
    3. This will redirect you to the Humana MarketPoint University, where you can browse different topics like Medicare, and launch courses that relate to the chosen topic.

Enrollment Methods
    1. Method 1: Online
      1. You can submit an application using the Online Enrollment tool available via the Producer Portal: https://www.humana.com/agent/.
      2. Once you log in to the agent portal, you will see the section “Quote and Enroll.”
      3. Under this, click on “Enter Online Enrollment.” This will take you to the enrollment portal.
    2. Method 2: Paper Application
      1. To submit a paper enrollment application, please fax the application to the following number within 24 hours of receiving the member signature:

Scope of Appointment (SOA)

Humana requires you to submit a Scope of Appointment (SOA) form with an enrollment application. The SOA can be found in the Humana enrollment kit and has a bar code associated with it. Whenever you complete the enrollment application, you will need to put the Scope of Appointment ID number in the corresponding section.

    1. You can view your commissions on the Producer Portal: https://www.humana.com/agent/
    2. Log in. Under “Commissions,” select “Commission Statement Portal.”
    3. You will then be redirected to Humana’s Commission Portal.
    4. From here, you can choose to view your Commission reports.
    5. You can view your commissions based on the statement date.
Client Tracking
    1. To track pending business, you will need to log in to the Humana Producer Portal: https://www.humana.com/agent/.
    2. Underneath the tab “Quote and Enroll,” there will be “Application Status.” Click on this.
    3. You will then need to search for your applicant by their zip code.

    2. Under the “Commissions” tab, you currently have access to the Medicare Pay Audit Request form.
    3. Under the “Compliance” tab, you also access to the Notification of Incident- Corrective Action Form.
