The above Professional Liability policy is written such that ABC Producers LLC & AAA Senior Plans LLC is the Named Insured. The above coverage extends to Employees and to Independent Contractors while acting on behalf of, and within the course and scope of their duties, with the named insured.
It is acknowledged that individual producers scheduled under the policy are not Named Insureds, but rather Insured under the policy.
Please note, no coverage exists for Professional Services provided outside of the named insured. This includes: current, future, and prior business. If there is any prior production or current production written outside of the Named Insured, it is recommended to maintain individual E&O.
You must disclose if you are aware of any circumstances, incidents, situations, accidents, conditions or other unresolved controversies or other matters that might give raise to a claim or potential claim, under this or any other Professional Liability policy. Furthermore, you acknowledge you are not aware of any pending disputes concerning the payment of fees due for services or products rendered, which may give rise to a potential claim.
The premium for this coverage is non-refundable.
